Looking for a career change in 2026? Peak is looking for a few “ROCKSTAR” Leasing Professionals. Qualifications Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing. Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer’s need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, standing, walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather. Scheduling Requirements Must have Saturday availability and be flexible with seasonal hours.
