PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Menifee, CA. You will continue to originate while building a team, with operations support provided. Expect a base salary in the 80k–220k range plus commissions and a sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.
You’ll recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, drive branch performance, and manage P&L while leveraging a wide product set and established service channels.
