Our organization , located in Rhinebeck, New York—just a short 90-minute journey from New York City—is looking to add a Medical Oncologist to our expanding team. We embrace a multi-disciplinary and integrated approach to care, focusing on specific disease sites. By collaborating with Surgical and Radiation Oncologists, we aim to create a unified team of medical oncologists and allied health professionals, all working within a comprehensive care model. We provide a highly attractive compensation package that includes a base salary along with performance incentives and allowances for continuing medical education (CME) and professional dues.

We also offer a substantial sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 and assistance with relocation expenses.

Our facility is an 84-bed, not-for-profit community hospital dedicated to acute care. We boast an outstanding medical staff, exceptional anesthesia services, and 24/7 hospitalist coverage. Recent renovations have enhanced our operating rooms, and we have a newly established, top-rated emergency department along with fully modernized patient care areas.

Compensation: Annual salary ranges from $400,000 to $600,000, depending on experience and role.
