Overview MCI Mortgage is the preferred lending partner for Megatel Homes, one of Texas’s fastest-growing home builders. Location: Hybrid. Employment Type: Full Time. Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission with realistic earnings exceeding $200K+. You will be supported by purpose-built systems, Loan Officer Assistants, and a dedicated operations team focused on getting loans cleared and closed on time. You Will Have Immediate Access To Over 345 builder spec homes ready to finance Direct Megatel buyer flow Live-transfer and program-generated leads Referrals from the newly launched Meg Prime credit card A broad product suite to solve complex borrower scenarios If you thrive in a high-opportunity environment where effort directly correlates to income, this role offers unmatched upside. Key Responsibilities Originate and close a high volume of purchase and refinance loans Work directly with Megatel Homes buyers and strategic referral partners Convert live-transfer and program-generated leads into funded loans Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience from application through submission Structure loans using MCI’s comprehensive Conforming, Government, and Non-QM products Maintain a flexible work schedule, including 1–2 in-office days weekly, onsite builder presence, and remote work Be available for evening and occasional weekend calls to maximize conversion Qualifications Proven history as a top-producing Loan Officer Strong purchase-loan experience preferred Active NMLS license Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, call-driven environment Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and income-focused Preferred Experience Deep knowledge of Conforming, Government, and Non-QM products, including Bank Statement, DSCR, Asset Depletion, and Foreign National loans Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus uncapped commission with realistic earnings exceeding $200K+ Full medical and dental coverage 401(k) retirement plan Strong operational infrastructure and leadership support designed to maximize production This is an opportunity for Loan Officers who want consistent deal flow, operational support, and unlimited earning potential—without sacrificing flexibility or control over their business.
