HIV Care Clinic Advanced Practice Provider

Seeking an HIV Care Clinic Advanced Practice Provider --This role includes comprehensive care delivery, preventive services (e.g., PrEP/PEP counseling), chronic disease management, coordination with specialty services, and patient education.

Provide HIV care including diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and follow-up care.

Manage and treat patients with complex needs related to HIV and comorbid conditions.

Provide screening, counseling, and preventive interventions (PrEP, PEP, U=U education).

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (physicians, nursing staff, case managers, social workers).

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records.

Participate in quality improvement activities and community outreach.

Salary range 70k-80k (depending on experience).

Required: Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program, Current licensure and prescriptive authority in New York State (NP/PA), National board certification (NP/PA).

Preferred: Experience in primary care, infectious disease or HIV care, Experience with HIV medicine and management of antiretroviral therapy, Certification such as AAHIVE / HIV Specialist credentials or equivalent clinical HIV experience, Knowledge of PrEP/PEP prescribing and HIV preventive strategies.
