Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and prevention strategies Provide exceptional patient-centered care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal outcomes Uphold FYZICAL’s brand standards and clinical excellence Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program; active TX license (or eligible) Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Passion for patient care and continuous learning Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Who Should Apply?
