Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care

Unify Home Care | Jackson, Wyoming

$45–$47/hour | 3-Day Workweek | 4 Days Off

About the Position

Unify Home Care is a locally owned, growing home care company seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses to join our team in Jackson, Wyoming.

We provide personalized, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, allowing our nurses to build meaningful relationships while making a difference in their patients' everyday lives.

We're looking for nurses who enjoy working independently, value quality patient care, and appreciate a supportive environment with direct communication from the owner.

Available Positions & Pay

We are hiring for two separate RN positions , each offering a consistent three-day workweek.

Weekday RN – $45/hour

• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
• 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Weekend RN – $47/hour

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM
• Includes a $2/hour shift differential

Both positions offer:

• Three scheduled shifts per week (37.5 scheduled hours before unpaid breaks, if applicable)
• Four days off each week
• Consistent scheduling with established patients
• Hourly pay, not per patient visit
• No overnight shifts
• Holiday shifts are not required

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care in patients' homes.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility as needed.
• Recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with families, healthcare providers, and the owner to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Wyoming.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.

Home care experience is preferred but not required. We welcome RNs from a variety of nursing backgrounds!
