Ryder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Kalamazoo, MI Paid Weekly - Average $1,800 per Week $3,500 Sign-On Bonus - Safety Bonus: $300 Paid Quarterly

• Average $1,800 per Week
• Solo Miles Pay: 67 CPM - average 1,800 - 2,000 miles per week
• Solo Stops Pay: $33.50 per stop - average 15 stops per week
• Hours Per Week: 60+ hours per week
• Sign-on Bonus: $1,750 paid after 30 days and $1,750 paid after 90 days
• Per Diem Pay: $60.00 per night with 1 - 2 nights per week
• Safety Bonus: Pays you $300 four times a year, every quarter
• Route: Regional
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)
• Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days

• Schedule: Sunday - Friday
• Start Time: 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM dispatch window
• Deliver solo to: MI
• Tractor Type: Day cabs
• Trailer Type: Dry Van & Reefer 48' & 53’
• Equipment: Manual pallet jack
• Freight: Touch - groceries - pallets - driver assist unload 

• Unlimited driver referral bonuses - earn up to $1,500 for every hired driver
• Paid weekly
• Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided
• Drivers are the Captain — you make safety decisions, and your job is protected

• Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
