As a Sales Representative (m/w/d) in the field of sports medicine at Zimmer Biomet, you shape medical progress.

You take responsibility for trust and growth in your region in NRW, represent our company at the highest professional level, and build sustainable relationships with medical professionals. In doing so, you always act in accordance with our company policies. Through your expertise, you directly contribute to improving patient care and therapy outcomes in an exciting, dynamic environment.

How You Make an Impact

• You competently advise doctors and hospital administrations on our complete innovative sports medicine solutions including devices, capital equipment, and disposables, and accompany them on the path to optimal therapy decisions.
• Responsibility for the sustainable growth in your sales area, through active identification, acquisition, and long-term care of new and existing customers.
• Strategic competitive analysis and targeted implementation of the given marketing and sales strategies in the market.
• Conducting confident sales and price negotiations with doctors and representatives of hospital administrations.
• Organizing and conducting product training, workshops, and inhouse training for medical professionals.
• In the operating room, you are available as a technical contact person, support intraoperatively, and ensure that each product is optimally used.
• Technical support of customers and troubleshooting are also part of your duties.
• You design information and continuing education events to share knowledge and strengthen networks.
• Internal contact person for product-specific questions in the sales team.

What Sets You Apart

• Completed commercial or medical technical training, alternatively a university degree (e.g., in business administration, health management, or a comparable field).
• Experience in the sales of medical technology products, preferably in the surgical area, and knowledge from the clinical environment are desirable.
• Strong customer and results orientation as well as negotiation skills.
• Medical technical language and basic anatomical knowledge desirable.
• You bring technical connections to the point in an understandable way and convince with excellent German and solid English skills.
• With a high level of customer orientation and strategic sales understanding, you act in a targeted and committed manner.
• You convince your contacts with a confident appearance and positive charisma. Your high level of initiative, contact enthusiasm, and perseverance distinguish you in particular.

Travel Requirements

• Responsibility for your sales region North Rhine-Westphalia.
• Travel readiness within the assigned sales region up to 90% (mostly by car).
• Participation in regional and nationwide sales meetings, congresses, and internal trainings.
