In this role, you will join multi-disciplined teams in the planning, design and construction engineering site-development projects for our wide range of municipal and private clients. Join us in the office three days a week to contribute, connect and excel in our vibrant environment.Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:Assisting with the preparation of site plans, technical reports, design drawings, contract documents, cost estimates and permit applications for projectsDevelopment of land development plans and attendance at municipal meetingsLinear infrastructure (piping, forcemains, drainage) design for various sitesNavigating local, county, and state regulations and permitting requirementsProvide mentorship and develop junior engineersSuccessful skills & qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Current Professional Engineer (PE) license (in Texas) preferred or ability to file for licensure within 1 year5-10 years of project experience in land development, specifically around linear infrastructure; experience in multiple states a plusFamiliarity with engineering modelling software including: HydroCAD, SewerGEMS, HEC-RASKnowledge of engineering drafting software by Autodesk (Civil 3D) and ability to work closely with CAD professionalsExperience with presentations at zoning hearings and other public meetingsIf you’re interested in pursuing this opportunity, please submit your application below!As a multicultural organization, we encourage individual achievement and recognize the strength of a diverse workforce.
