Construction Field Coordinator

Responsibilities Learn & use supporting technology – Docusketch, Encircle, Matterport, etc. Learn & use proprietary Servpro systems Attend preliminary walkthroughs with Project Manager Perform inspections to gather information for Construction Estimators Assist in collecting documentation, deposits, and samples Transport materials as requested Visit various cities to pull project permits Assist in coordinating vendors – temp toilets, fencing, security, etc. Possibly become the point person to aid client material selection Other tasks as assigned by Management – responsibilities will grow as experience evolves. Requirements Previous experience in the construction industry – work or education Basic understanding of structural materials Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Clean Driving Record Ambition to learn and grow Core Competencies Demonstrates a foundational understanding of structural materials and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic construction environment. Proficient in utilizing various technologies and systems to support project execution and vendor coordination.
