Your Role: Your responsibility will be to generate high-quality insurance leads through outbound cold calls to prospective clients across many industry sectors, turning leads into premium. As this is an entry-level role, USLI will provide you with any insurance and sales training necessary. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business: Conduct outbound cold calls to produce quality insurance leads Generating sales: Utilize sales skills to encourage prospects to commit to obtaining an insurance quote and focus on increasing sales Manage customer relationships: Leverage strong relationship building skills to engage with partnered insurance agents to convert insurance leads into new business opportunities for USLI What You’ll Bring: Experience: Prior sales and insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory Relationship-building skills: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects Ambition and drive: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to grow and achieve sales targets Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service Qualifications: Completion of the Property and Casualty Insurance License is expected within 60 days of your hire date. USLI will provide you with resources to take and pass this exam. Open to various business experience that can align with industries we prospect Salary Range: This position offers a competitive base salary with opportunities to earn bonuses and commissions based on this growth.
