Job Title

Travel RN – Electrophysiology (EP) Lab

Location

Asheville, North Carolina

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), 4 days per week | 13-Week Assignment | Weekend call required: 2 days every 6 weeks (Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an EP Lab setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Assist with and support electrophysiology procedures including ablations, device implantations, Watchman procedures, and loop recorder placements
• Operate and utilize specialized equipment including X-ray/PACS, Cardio Lab, iStat, ESI, Carto, Arrhythmia, and Cryo systems
• Accurately document patient care and procedural information using Cerner EMR
• Maintain flexibility for late-stay requirements as needed based on procedural volume

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of EP Lab experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Preferred Experience / Skills

• RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification
• RT(R) – Registered Radiologic Technologist credential
• Demonstrated flexibility, efficiency, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced procedural environment
