Job Description:
Join a growing assembly team and become a success story. In this role, you’ll assemble a variety of manufactured products and components in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll be part of a supportive team focused on quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and tape guns
- Follow assembly instructions and documentation to produce finished products
- Read and understand Billos Materials (BOM) and routers
- Manually move materials and products using hands and arms
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable with manual tasks and tool use
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and documentation
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus

The base salary for this position is $16/hr. or more based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
