Client Service Representative

Description:

The Client Service Representative is responsible for managing and growing All Trinkets & Printing, Inc.

accounts, acting as the client’s advocate, increasing customer satisfaction, identifying and addressing customer needs, aligning those needs with All Trinkets & Printing, Inc services as well as serving as the

primary point of contact for specific customers.

Client Service Representative

The Client Service Representative will have a strong understanding of both print and promotional requirements and is expected to become familiar with each client’s unique business needs in order to closely service the needs of our customers. To facilitate strong customer interactions and relationships, the Account Executive is expected to meet one-on-one with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship

• Manage and form long-term client relationships

• Identify customer requirements and growth strategies

Client Advocacy

• Serve as the customer’s internal advocate. Ensure All Trinkets & Printing, Inc. is delivering the service, support and technology consistent with our principles, mission statement and outstanding customer service focus.

Client Planning

• Work with customers to plan their projects

• Help control the completion of Job production flow

Customer Care

• Customer service is the foundation of All Trinkets & Printing, Inc. We expect you to continually demonstrate respect for our customers, along with professional and ethical behavior at all times.

• Communicate regularly with customers to provide information and/or resolve issues as they may arise.

Experience

• Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills
