You'll have the opportunity to:Welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.Learn about each customer's skincare goals and recommend products that fit their needs.Create exceptional customer experiences that keep guests coming back.Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through relationship-building and product expertise.Educate customers on ingredients, benefits, and proper product usage.Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and fully stocked store.Assist with merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.Stay current on new products, promotions, and product knowledge.RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsMust successfully pass a background screening.Be 18+ years of ageOutstanding customer service and communication skills.Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence speaking to customers.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (our busiest time)Preferred QualificationsOne or more years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or the beauty industry.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, or natural products.Experience using retail point-of-sale systems and handling cash.Physical RequirementsStand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Who You AreYou're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.
