Resurrection Medical Center part of Prime Healthcare is seeking a Regional Physician Recruiter to join our team! Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, self-sufficient, and relationship-driven Regional Physician Recruiter to lead physician and advanced practice provider recruitment efforts across the Chicagoland market. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top clinical talent to support organizational growth and patient care initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle physician recruitment for assigned Chicagoland territories and service lines Source, screen, interview, and coordinate recruitment activities for physicians and advanced practice providers Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, medical residents, fellowship programs, and healthcare leadership Conduct outreach initiatives, networking, and recruitment campaigns to build a robust candidate pipeline Coordinate site visits, interviews, credentialing support, and offer negotiations Collaborate with hospital executives, practice administrators, and medical directors to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Maintain accurate recruitment tracking, reporting, and candidate communication within ATS/CRM systems Represent the organization at recruitment events, conferences, residency programs, and job fairs Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding Stay informed on physician compensation trends, healthcare workforce dynamics, and regional market conditions Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field 3+ years of physician recruitment or healthcare recruitment experience Proven ability to independently manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Experience building relationships with physicians and healthcare leadership High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Experience recruiting within hospital systems or multi-site healthcare organizations Knowledge of the Chicagoland healthcare market Ideal Candidate Qualities Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through Motivated and goal-oriented Organized and detail-focused Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills Adaptable and solutions-driven Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership teams Passionate about helping healthcare organizations grow through top talent acquisition What We Offer Competitive compensation package Professional growth and development opportunities Collaborative and mission-driven work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care through strategic physician recruitment Estimated Salary: $72,800.00 to $101,712.00 annually. This is a fully on-site position based at Resurrection Medical Center with regional recruitment responsibilities throughout the Chicagoland area.
