- Experience in customer service or a relative field
- Familiarity with healthcare processes and systems
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing patient data
- Resides in or the ability to relocate to East Weymouth, MA 02189 before starting work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Great attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
