Warm Transfer Agent- 08/17 Class

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Warm Transfer Agent in Nevada. This role is ideal for those who excel in communication and are eager to contribute to a rapidly expanding insurance technology marketplace. The primary responsibility involves making warm transfers to connect potential clients with licensed insurance agents. The position currently offers remote work, with plans to transition to an in-office setting in Las Vegas, NV, by 2026.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Make over 200 outbound calls per day to engage warm leads.
  
  



• 
  Encourage potential customers to explore competitive insurance quotes.
  
  



• 
  Facilitate connections between interested customers and licensed insurance agents.
  
  

Requirements:

• 
  Experience in sales or call center environments is preferred.
  
  



• 
  Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  
  



• 
  Reliable high-speed internet for remote work is required.
  
  

Work Hours:

• 
  Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts within a 7:00 AM-7:00 PM PST window.
  
  

Compensation:

• 
  Fixed hourly rate of $17.00 with uncapped commission potential.
