Respiratory Therapist

Role: Respiratory Therapist responsible for providing direct patient care in a technologically complex clinical environment. Responsibilities Utilize respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to optimize patient outcomes. Manage ventilator integration, airway management, and adaptive pulmonary support across multiple levels of care. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care. Precept and mentor new healthcare staff, fostering a culture of learning. Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care through evidence-based practices and process improvement projects. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the NBRC. State licensure if required by law. Certification in PALS & ACLS within 1 year; NRP within 6 months. BLS certification before start date, valid through 60 days of employment.
