Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Elevate Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychotherapy or counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Conducting comprehensive client interviews to gather and interpret relevant social, personal, environmental, and health-related information necessary for effective treatment planning.

• Evaluating clients' emotional and psychological wellbeing and identifying specific issues requiring intervention within your scope of practice.
\n
• Developing and coordinating programs and activities designed to address the social and emotional needs of your clients.
\n
• Implementing cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, including crisis intervention strategies and referrals to community resources when appropriate.

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients based on mutual respect, acceptance, and trust, creating a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.

• Regularly assessing the effectiveness of treatment plans and making necessary adjustments based on client progress and feedback.

• Documenting clinical findings and treatment progress in client records rigorously, adhering to established protocols for accuracy and confidentiality.

• Managing an appropriate caseload while ensuring timely and accurate documentation of services rendered.

• Providing direct individual clinical counseling aimed at addressing mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients dealing with behavioral mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance dependency, grief, and family dynamics. You will play a crucial role in improving their quality of life by addressing their mental health treatment needs, fostering resilience, and implementing supportive strategies tailored specifically to each client's situation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in clinical social work or a related field.

• Experience in treating behavioral mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, grief counseling, and family/marital therapy.
