Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license and certification (including CCC or pursuing CFY)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a pediatric or educational environment
- Competency in providing supervision and support for SLPAs
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with familiarity in educational settings
- Knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies for diverse caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, ensuring personalized and effective care
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver supervision and guidance to SLPAs, supporting their growth and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Regularly track student progress and maintain accurate, timely records according to school and district policies
- Engage with families, educators, and staff to promote communication success and generalization of strategies
