Compensation: Starting at $23.42/hour, based on experience, education, and internal equity. In addition, $5.00 shift differential for night shift hours.
Schedule: Variable shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and call rotations

Physical & Work Environment
Continuous standing and walking for ? 8 hours per shift
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling ? 50 lbs
Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
Continuous hand, finger, and wrist dexterity with close visual attention
Frequent patient mobilization (> 4 hours per day)
Regular exposure to bloodborne pathogens
Exposure to clinical hazards including equipment, chemicals, and patient care environments
Irregular hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills & Abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sound clinical judgment and ability to deliver care within scope of practice
Knowledge of the continuum of nursing care
Commitment to teamwork and exceptional patient experience
Preferred:
Psychiatric nursing experience
Prior acute care or clinic experience
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current LPN licensure in the State of North Carolina
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required at hire
Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) required (completed during orientation)
What You'll Do as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Provide safe, effective, and ethical nursing care under general supervision
Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergency situations
Delegate tasks appropriately and support team members within scope of practice
Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive work environment aligned with organizational values
