This facility operates as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) providing outpatient primary care services within a government clinical environment. The facility maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent and coordinated care delivery on a standard weekday schedule. Full support staff is available on-site to facilitate daily clinical operations.

The area offers clinicians on assignment a range of recreational, cultural, and outdoor activities suited to varied interests. Local options include Bucklin Park, Lakeview Golf Course, the Pioneers Museum, and entertainment venues such as Fun Factory and Playzone Bowling and Amusement, as well as shopping at Imperial Valley Mall. Outdoor enthusiasts will find Anza-Borrego Desert State Park and Sunbeam Lake County Park among the notable natural attractions in the region, and day trips to destinations including the San Diego Zoo, LEGOLAND California Resort, SeaWorld San Diego, and the USS Midway Museum are accessible within driving distance.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a government Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule. Clinical responsibilities encompass general family medicine duties, including the evaluation and management of primary and chronic care conditions across the patient population. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
