What You'll Do

Ready to hit the road? This position involves regular regional and national travel to onboard and train new clients on the Fleetrock platform. This role requires frequent travel via both flight and vehicle to deliver high-impact, hands-on training directly to customer sites, ensuring they are empowered to maximize our system's potential from day one. This could also include tradeshow and conference travel to help expand our client base.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding for new customers.
• Entering their data in order to create their environment within the Fleetrock platform.
• Attend virtual meetings and answer emails from customers for support.
• Proactively scheduling calls to review new software releases and their growth within the system.

What You Bring

• BS in Management, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written, oral, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, computers, web based platforms, and basic analysis.
• High energy, goal oriented individual.
