Project Manager

Job Details Position: Project Manager (custom manufacturing project leadership in the building materials and data center industries). Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year. Responsibilities Lead multiple projects simultaneously from sales handoff through final delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor milestones, and keep projects on time and within scope. Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to move projects efficiently. Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate project updates to internal teams and customers. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, including customer meetings, technical submittals, approvals, and design revisions. Manage change orders and track scope modifications to ensure proper documentation before work begins. Maintain accurate project documentation, including approvals, revisions, RFIs, and project records. Review structural drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation; ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience managing projects or coordinating cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering environment. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications. Working knowledge of U.S. building codes and industry standards. Preferred Qualifications 3–5 years of project management experience within manufacturing, structural systems, or construction. Experience supporting data center, structural steel, or industrial projects. Familiarity with CAD, Revit, or similar engineering software. Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Procore, or comparable systems. Success Traits Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
