The Opportunity:

WealthBridge recruits transitioning service members from Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Naval Base Kitsap (Bremerton/Bangor), NAS Whidbey Island (Oak Harbor), Fairchild AFB (Spokane), and Coast Guard installations across Puget Sound. Your military training translates directly into this profession. Military spouses: this career is portable and moves with you through PCS relocations.

What we provide:

• Full transition pathway — pre-licensing guidance, 4-week joint-field training, comprehensive mentorship.
• Washington licensing support — WA no longer requires a pre-licensing education course (eliminated July 23, 2023). Register with PSI, complete recommended 20 hours of self-study, take the exam, and complete WA State Patrol fingerprinting via IdentoGO. Typical licensing timeline: 2–4 weeks.
• Compensation — industry-leading, production-tiered compensation; commission-based; book portability from day one; team override on First-Year Commissions (FYC).
• PNW military markets — JBLM is one of the largest military installations in the continental U.S.; the veteran, military spouse, retiree, and DoD civilian client base in the Puget Sound region is substantial.
  

What you'll do:

• Licensing support — Arizona (no pre-licensing required), New Mexico (40-hour course), and any additional state(s) you want to serve.
• Compensation — industry-leading, production-tiered compensation; commission-based; book portability from day one; team override on First-Year Commissions (FYC) as you grow.
• VA-relevant markets — veteran community, military spouses, federal civilian retirees, DoD contractors: all high-value client segments where trust and shared background matter.

Compensation (per RCW 49.58.110 pay transparency):

Commission-based, uncapped. Independent contractor (1099). Earnings depend on activity volume, production, persistency, market conditions, and contract terms.

Veteran-transition new advisors typically begin in the lower portion of the range during the licensing and ramp period (commonly months 1–12), with earnings scaling as activity, persistency, and book development compound. This is the firm's pay-transparency disclosure for new associates; it represents an earnings estimate (not a salary) for commission-based 1099 broker affiliated production. New advisors typically begin in the lower portion of the range during the licensing and ramp period (commonly months 1–12) and scale up as activity, persistency, and book development compound. Requirements

• Honorable discharge, active transition (TAP/SkillBridge with command approval), current Guard/Reserve status, or military spouse of an active-duty service member .
• Washington residency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to learning and professional development.
• Ability to obtain Washington Life & Disability insurance license.
• Willingness to pursue SIE + Series 6 or 7 + Series 63/66 within 12 months.
• Prior financial experience not required.
