This position supports the Head Wrestling Coach in developing and maintaining a successful wrestling program while providing mentorship and guidance to student-athletes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of wrestling, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive team environment. The Assistant Coach will play an important role in promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth, while serving as a positive role model for all participants. Responsibilities include assisting with practices, supporting athlete development, helping coordinate competitions, and contributing to the overall success of the program.
