Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines, including managing pharmaceutical claims.
• Complete content annotations, reference checking, and fact‑checking.
• Maintain adherence to AMA style and other relevant style guides.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging.
• Assume accountability for the accuracy and quality of all edited content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in copy‑editing, preferably in pharmaceutical marketing or for a creative agency supporting regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical environment and regulations.
• Proficient in standard computer programs (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
