Responsibilities

Client Communication: Interact with customers to understand their service needs and provide accurate information on maintenance and repairs.

Service Coordination: Schedule appointments, update clients on service progress, and ensure timely completion of all service requests.

Technical Assistance: Utilize your automotive knowledge to assist customers in diagnosing vehicle issues and recommending appropriate solutions.

Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on completed services to confirm work meets standards and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.

Requirements

Automotive Knowledge: Experience in automotive service or repair is preferred.

Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy service schedule.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
