Janitorial - Day Porter
Total Cleaning Service
START IMMEDIATELY - Custodian Day Porter Technician with Janitorial Experience. Schedule -Location : Hiahleah - Monday through Friday 5pm-9pm (20hours/Weekly). We are looking for a Custodian Day Porter that is dedicated, detailed and passionate about delivering exceptional quality. You must be comfortable walking for extended periods of time since this is a large property. What You'll Do: Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed cleaning methods and procedures. Mix appropriate proportions of cleaning and disinfecting materials following safety protocols. Dust, mop and sweep break areas, elevators, gyms and restrooms, common areas, or other type of rooms. Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work. Empty trash receptacles. Inform supervisor or Area Manager if any supplies are needed. Inform of any cleaning equipment that may need repair or replacement. Inform any building hazards. Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies. Organize janitorial storage closet as needed. Secure all interior offices if applicable. Shut off all lights if required. Set alarm if applicable and secure main entry door. Other duties as needed are based on scope of work. What We're Looking For: Maintenance and/or cleaning experience. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Detail-oriented and meticulous. Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Must be able to perform tasks that involve light lifting, bending, and stooping. Must always maintain a strong awareness of safety. Must be able to pass a Background Check. Must be able to pass Drug Test. Bilingual English & Spanish preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
