MRI Technologist

Job TitleThe essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to; performing magnetic resonance imaging on patients utilizing highly technical equipment and administering contrast materials as required. Other functions that may be assigned.Certifications and LicensuresRequired: ARRT: Reg Radiologic TechnologistEquivalent Experience: ARRT registry or registry eligible required within one year of hire. One (1) year clinical experience as normally acquired through AMA approved school of radiologic technology required.Required: ARRT MR: ARRT MRIEquivalent Experience: ARRT MRI - required within two years of hire or transfer dateRequired EducationAssociates DegreeEquivalent Experience: Degree in Healthcare Related Field. Knowledge of MRI as normally acquired through completion of an AMA approved radiologic technology program required or the Michigan Radiologic and Sciences Consortium (MiRIS) MRI Program. Two years experience in MRI preferred. MRI registry preferred.
