Full-Time Teacher Leader (Early Education)

Growing IQ is a math-centric enrichment program for students with 4 learning centers around the world. We engage children in collaborative, sensory-rich experiences; empowering them to analyze, reason, discover, think critically, and take ownership of their mathematical learning. Role Description We are offering a full-time Teacher Leader position, an on-site teaching role at Growing IQ in Sunnyvale. We are looking for an experienced Teacher Leader who is able to teach ages 3 - 13 in mathematics and holistic student development as well as provide guidance to our part-time teachers with instruction and lesson planning. The teacher leader will be responsible for lesson planning, delivering lessons to students, creating educational materials, communicating with parents, and assisting the Director in administration and professional development to our teaching staff. Qualifications Experience in lesson planning and education Excellent communication and teaching skills Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience in working with children in a teaching or tutoring capacity Passion for teaching and promoting positive learning experiences for children Fluency in English Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week Management promotions and Profit Sharing opportunities Health insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift per day Tuesday to Saturday Extra hours available on Sunday or Monday if requested Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person, some work can be remote after initial probationary period #J-18808-Ljbffr Growing IQ
