$20 hourly to start

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences every day.
• Craft and execute innovative menu items that align with our brand's commitment to quality and creativity.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and excellence.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and seasonal menus.
• Monitor kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient kitchen.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork within the kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading a kitchen team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
• Ability to craft and execute innovative menu items that align with our brand's commitment to quality and creativity.
• Proven track record of ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and excellence.

• Experience in managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient kitchen.
