Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience supporting both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Candidate must be able to work primarily in an outpatient caseload
• Oregon license required to start the assignment

Assignment Details

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Tuesdays off
• Assignment will support a combination of inpatient and outpatient care, with the majority of the caseload in outpatient
