Packaging Line Associate
Location: Richfield, WI
Shift: 1st Shift
We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Packaging Line Associates . In this role, you’ll help assemble specialty seasoning kits and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a team setting, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll DoAs a Packaging Line Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality, accurately packed products every time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling specialty seasoning kits according to detailed work instructions
- Accurately packing seasoning products into boxes
- Labeling, sealing, and preparing boxes for shipment
- Verifying correct items, quantities, and packaging components
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Following all safety, quality, and food handling guidelines
- Communicating any material, equipment, or quality issues to supervisors
- Assisting with additional packaging or warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, packaging, or assembly experience preferred — but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
This is an active, hands-on role. Candidates must be able to:
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift
- Bend, reach, and twist as required
- Warehouse and packaging line setting
- Moderate noise levels
- Fast-paced production environment
- Consistent hours and steady work
- Supportive, team-oriented environment
