Equipped with advanced tools and equipment, you'll address mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately, adhering to manufacturer and dealership standards. While prior automotive experience is preferred, formal shop experience is not required. We provide continuous training throughout your career!Starting pay $40-50 per hour!ResponsibilitiesExecute maintenance and repair tasks as outlined in work orders with efficiency, ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning systems, to meet specifications.Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to evaluate vehicle components and systems.Perform safety inspections on used cars that were bought by the store, being as thorough as possible.Clearly communicate mechanical diagnoses and necessary repairs to service advisors and customers in an easy-to-understand, non-technical manner.QualificationsPrevious shop experience preferred, but not requiredAutomotive backgroundTeamwork skills and a can-do attitudeMust have clean & valid driver's licenseAbility to pass a drug test and background screeningBenefitsCompetitive Compensation PlansFull Benefits PackageMedical, Dental & Vision401k with Company MatchHSA with Company ContributionPTO from day one!!Growth and Advancement OpportunitiesContinuous Training and Development #J-18808-Ljbffr Russ-Darrow-Group-
