Duties
* Install and lay out conduit systems, various lighting systems, and basic control systems feeders
* Install motor feeders and make standard motor connections
* Analyze blueprints for jobsites
* Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment, procedures, and training
* Complete a job layout for projects of various sizes
* Lead crews of 2-5 electricians
* Enforce jobsite safety
* Provide excellent customer service
* Complete designs and surveys in the field
* Take service calls and troubleshoot electrical issues
* Enforce a safe jobsite and maintain compliance with all OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements

Qualifications
* Journeyman's license
* Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)

Requirements
* Full-time work with 8-hour shifts
* Travel is required; home each night
