Job Description

• Manage and support up to five concurrent commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead estimating efforts, including developing bid packages for projects up to $25M.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and negotiate optimal terms.
• Oversee scheduling, documentation, planning, and project coordination internally and externally.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of project scopes, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, field staff, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
• Contribute to the commercial division's growth by maintaining high standards of organization and quality.

The Successful Applicant

• 7-20 years of experience in project management or estimating within a general contractor environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience preparing bids and estimates for commercial projects up to $25M.
• Background in both interiors and ground-up construction.
• Project experience with assisted living, restaurant, retail, faith-based, clubhouse, or medical office buildings.
• Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively over the phone.
• Must work full-time out of the Frederick, MD office.
