Interim Pharmacist-In-Charge Position AvailableAn interim pharmacist-in-charge position is available for a 10-bed inpatient micro-hospital specializing in emergency and inpatient care. This contract role, scheduled Monday through Friday during day shifts, requires taking on operational leadership and oversight as the solo pharmacist on site.Qualifications & Desired Experience:Must hold a valid Pennsylvania pharmacist licenseInpatient pharmacy experience is essentialFamiliarity with Cerner order entry systems and Omnicell automation preferredAbility to independently manage pharmacy operations including audits and inventory restockingComfortable handling on-call duties, although call-ins are expected to be rareLocation:West Grove, PennsylvaniaResponsibilities:Serve as the pharmacist-in-charge, overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations at the hospitalPerform routine audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standardsManage restocking and supply chain duties without pharmacy technician supportCollaborate remotely with local PIC and Pharmacy Director for training and operational guidanceRespond to on-call requests as needed, typically minimalThis contract assignment runs from May 18 through June 30, with possibility for extension depending on need.
