Job Title: Receptionist - II (USD) Job Duration: 6 months' contract Job Location: Waltham, MA 02451 Job Description: Primary responsibilities will include the greeting of guests, vendors, job applicants and other visitors. Some administrative tasks which include: Handling emails from the main inbox and existing client communication follow ups by email correspondence. May be asked to arrange for conference room reservations or food deliveries or arrange for transportation services as well as answer incoming calls to a front desk. May also route incoming calls to appropriate parties. Pleasant communication skills and professional demeanor is critical. Seeking an individual who is reliable with excellent inter personal skill sets, a warm and inviting smile! High School diploma and relevant experience is required.
