We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Cannabis Packaging & Production Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
- Package cannabis flower, concentrates, and pre-rolls according to company standards and state regulations.
- Assemble and package products accurately and efficiently.
- Fill concentrate jars and prepare finished products for distribution.
- Assist with pre-roll production and other day-to-day production tasks.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
- Prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Support other production and packaging duties as business needs require.
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Previous cannabis, manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
