Description Capital Veterinary Specialists, JAX is looking for a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Our progressive compensation model is designed to reward your impact, offering a competitive base salary alongside production opportunities—with no negative accrual. You’ll provide emergency care for sick and injured patients while also managing hospitalized cases. You’ll assess and diagnose patients, develop and oversee treatment plans, and partner closely with technicians to ensure high-quality execution of care. Your work will include performing surgeries, delivering critical care, and maintaining an exceptional standard of service for every patient who enters our emergency department. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $180 K/year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
