This paid apprenticeship prepares you to run your own independent agency by teaching you sales, client relationship management, and day-to-day operations under the mentorship of an established agency owner. This hands‑on program is designed for ambitious individuals who want to learn the insurance industry from the ground up. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales & Business Development: Generate new client relationships through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach. Needs Analysis & Quoting: Evaluate prospective clients’ financial situations and risks to recommend tailored auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions. Client Retention: Provide exceptional ongoing customer service, process policy reviews, and assist clients through the claims process. Agency Operations: Master the fundamentals of running a profitable business, including budgeting, CRM lead management, and staffing. QUALIFICATIONS: Entrepreneurial Drive: A strong desire to build, own, and scale your own independent business. Flexible: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently. Experience: Proven background in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles. Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills. Organizational Skills: Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
