The Opportunity Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians for Hospital Medicine opportunity. Current CA state license is a plus. Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply. The Practice Delano Regional Medical Center – Delano, California 100-bed facility with 6-8 ICU beds. Annual volume of 500. Cerner EMR. Open ICU with 15 encounters per day per hospitalist and 3 encounters per night per nocturnist. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
