About the Role
We are hiring experienced Carpenters for projects throughout the Norwich and New London area. This position covers everything from rough framing to finish carpentry, working with both steel and wood studs. You’ll play a key role in projects that demand precision, skill, and a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform framing and finish carpentry on commercial and residential job sites
• Work with steel and wood studs to build durable, accurate structures
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Collaborate with crews to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
• Follow all safety guidelines, including OSHA 10 requirements

• Solid experience in commercial and residential carpentry
• Strong skills from framing through finish work

• Own tools required
