Financial Center Supervisor

Job Title: Financial Center Supervisor Summary of Duties andResponsibilities: As a FinancialCenter Supervisor , you will help lead yourteam in building relationships with the existing customer base that allows theteam to provide the products and services for customers to achieve financialsuccess. You will also be responsible for mentoring, training and coaching teammembers while working collectively to grow deposits, as well as stayinginvolved in the community you serve.

What You'll Do:
- Day in the Life -Your focus will be supporting our internal and external customers in a varietyof ways including opening new accounts and services for our customers, pursuingcross-selling opportunities including other banking units and accuratelycompleting a variety of loan and deposit transactions. You will also guide thebranch to operational excellence by assuring compliance with applicableregulations as well as our Guidelines and Procedures, and so much more.
- Previous experience in financial services or leadership
- Ability to travel for early career training purposes
- Ability to: communicate effectively (written and verbally), maintain confidentiality, work with speed and accuracy, and grasp technical information quickly.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in teams and individually.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous customer service experience in a professional setting
- Bilingual/Multilingual
- Knowledge of Banking
