Trade & Distribution Coordinator

We are partnered with a company that is seeking a Trade & Distribution Coordinator. The Trade & Distribution Coordinator supports daily commercial operations by maintaining accurate customer and contract data, researching order and billing discrepancies, coordinating with specialty distributors, and ensuring customer account information is up to date. The candidate works cross-functionally with internal teams and external distribution partners to resolve operational issues, support pricing accuracy, and maintain efficient distribution processes. This role is fully remote, part-time contract (20-30 hours per week). Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer account records across internal systems, including CRM and account management platforms. Perform routine data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies involving account numbers, addresses, contract information, and specialty distributor assignments. Research order discrepancies, billing issues, and invoice variances to support timely resolution. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and distribution partners to investigate and resolve outstanding order and billing issues. Collaborate with internal teams and specialty distributors to validate customer records, investigate discrepancies, and implement necessary updates. Investigate customer pricing discrepancies and verify contract assignments and applicable pricing information. Maintain operational trackers, prepare status reports, and organize account setup and maintenance documentation.
