Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) Location Keene, NH Schedule / Job Type Contract | Night Shift | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients across the full lifespan, from newborn through geriatric populations, in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting Utilize knowledge of age-related growth and development to individualize the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care and practice Manage patients requiring drips and ventilator support Collaborate closely with pre-hospital, in-hospital, and emergency department personnel to ensure seamless, team-based patient care Adapt quickly and effectively to high-stress, high-acuity situations while maintaining excellent communication with patients, families, and care team members Operate within a newly renovated Emergency Department utilizing EPIC EMR, state-of-the-art monitors, and advanced communication devices Required Qualifications Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Department experience Prior travel nursing experience (minimum 3 months) Active BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross Active ACLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross Active PALS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross Proficiency with EPIC EMR Must have personal vehicle available for this assignment Availability to work required holiday blocks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's periods) if scheduled Preferred Experience / Skills Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Greater than 2 years of ED experience (candidates with more experience will receive first consideration) Why Join Us Work in a newly renovated, 20-bed Emergency Department serving over 26,000 visits per year at a Level III Trauma Center with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio Located in a scenic region of New England near outdoor recreational activities including hiking, skiing, and covered bridge tours, with easy access to major metro areas Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 774245.
