Key Qualifications:

• Current Indiana OT licensure required
• Experience or genuine interest in working with K-12 student populations
• Solid understanding of school-based OT practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, students, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic school environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload across multiple school sites
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans that support students’ academic and social success
• Conduct thorough assessments and monitor progress, modifying plans as needed
• Work effectively with teachers and school specialists to support classroom integration
• Offer guidance to families and engage in IEP meetings as required
• Maintain accurate records according to school and district guidelines
• Advocate for student needs while promoting best practices for inclusion and access to learning

This opportunity begins as soon as possible and runs through May 20th, 2027, with a consistent schedule of 30 hours across four days per week. The position is completely onsite, providing the chance for hands-on interaction and support.
